A homeowner pays for a detailed analysis.

They submit 12 months of utility data, we run NREL TMY irradiance against their roof, and verify Illinois incentives. The lead is real and engaged — not a price-shopper.

We match you on proximity, capacity, and pricing fit.

Your service zips, current load, and pricing band drive the match. You get a notification with the customer's analysis summary.

You quote and close. We invoice the commission.

5–10% of the closed-contract amount. No upfront fees. No exclusivity. We're paid only when you are.

Higher commission rates earn priority placement when multiple installers are eligible for a match. Industry CAC for solar runs $3,000–$5,000 per closed deal — even at the high end of this range, you're typically below that.

Reporting & commission terms

By submitting this application I agree that, on every closed contract originated from an Aura Insight match:

  • I will record the contract and the full contract value in my Aura Insight installer dashboard within 5 business days of signing.
  • I will pay Aura Insight the agreed commission (5–10% of the closed-contract project cost) on the schedule we invoice.
  • Aura Insight may contact the customer directly to verify the outcome and amount of any match.
  • Failure to report a closed contract — or knowingly under-reporting the value — is a breach of these terms. Aura may recover the unpaid commission as liquidated damages and remove me from the network.
